ABOUT THE JOB:
As head bartender at Marchal, you will play a key role in shaping the bar's identity. You’ll be responsible for leading the daily bar operations and ensuring a seamless guest experience. Developing and updating the cocktail menu with creative and trend-conscious offerings. Mentoring and training junior bartenders to uphold the highest standards of mixology and service. Coordinating closely with the restaurant and kitchen to deliver a consistent and elegant service flow.

WE EXPECT:
You are an enthusiastic leader who leads by example, thrives under pressure, and knows how to motivate a team. You know about quality spirits and liqueurs, and find Champagne and wines interesting as well as you are interested in developing further as a mixologist in a professional and well-equipped bar. We expect you to have at least 2 years of experience with classic and modern cocktails. You are enthusiastic and quality-conscious, and are used to providing good service with close contact to the restaurant and hotel guests. It is important that you master English well in writing and speaking.
