ABOUT THE JOB
As our Head of People & Culture, you will be responsible for a wide range of functions and involved in every aspect of the People & Culture landscape. From providing support to our dedicated managers to executing on the full employee journey; from talent attraction, recruitment, on boarding, retention, training & development, employee satisfaction and other culture building initiatives. You will also play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance within our overenskomst, employment laws, regulations, and policies. Moreover, you will be a strategic partner and an active part of our Senior Management Team. You will be operationally supported by, and leading, our dedicated HR Coordinator and you will have strategic support from IHA, our management company, with a collaborative focus on the HR strategy. 

ABOUT YOU
You are a dedicated person with proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the hospitality industry. Knowledge of the Collective Agreement between Dansk Erhverv and 3F is an advantage, Danish employment laws a must. You understand the operational needs of a luxury property rooming a multicultural and divers team with different experiences and job descriptions. You enjoy building and maintaining strong relationships with your colleagues. You also have a practical approach to leadership, and you enjoy being a sparring partner. You have empathy, good judgement, and exceptional communication skills. You are fluent in speaking & writing English and maybe Danish as well.
