ABOUT THE JOB

As a Breakfast & Room Service Waiter, you will be responsible for taking care of our guests according to the standards of Leading Hotels of the World.

During breakfast, you will provide personalized and luxurious service, set up and maintain the buffet, and prepare the restaurant for the next service.

Depending on your experience and the needs of the operation, you will also be part of our Room Service team. This means that your shifts may extend beyond breakfast and include afternoon, evening and late-night hours, serving guests in the comfort and privacy of their rooms.

You will be responsible for taking orders, delivering food and beverages, setting up in-room dining experiences and ensuring that every guest receives the same high level of service throughout their stay.

The role therefore offers a varied working environment where no two days are alike, and where flexibility is an important part of the position.

You will work closely with several departments, in particular the kitchen team, and have the opportunity to develop both professionally and personally within a luxury hotel environment.

WE EXPECT

We expect you to have experience as a waiter, preferably within an international and/or luxury hotel environment.

You thrive in an energetic environment where multiple tasks can happen at the same time, while still maintaining a complete overview and attention to detail.

You are outgoing, service-minded and genuinely enjoy being a host. You are comfortable working independently as well as being part of a team, and you understand the importance of always being “on stage” and representing d’Angleterre with professionalism.

We expect you to speak and understand English; Danish is an advantage.

Flexibility is essential for this position. You should be comfortable working both early morning shifts and afternoon/evening or late-night shifts, depending on the needs of the operation. We are looking for someone who enjoys variety and is happy to work across both breakfast and Room Service.
