ABOUT THE JOB

As a vital part of our dedicated Concierge Team, you will create personal and magical experiences for our guests every day. Your mission will be to elevate each guest’s stay by anticipating and fulfilling their individual needs.

You will manage internal processes and procedures while building lasting relationships with our guests. As a key member of the Front Office Team, you will be responsible for guest check-in and registration, perform various Front Office duties, and ensure all concierge requests are handled seamlessly.

In addition to creating memorable moments and ensuring a smooth stay, you will prepare itineraries, confirm reservations, recommend places of interest, perform administrative tasks, respond to guest emails, and manage guest check-out. You will be at the heart of the hotel, serving as one of our ambassadors.

WE EXPECT

You are outgoing, service-minded, and thrive in the role of a host. You bring experience from luxury or international hotels, preferably within concierge or guest relations roles.

You excel in a fast-paced, energetic environment with multiple simultaneous tasks, while maintaining full oversight and composure. You understand the importance of always being “on stage,” presenting yourself as fresh, rested, and impeccably groomed.

You possess extensive knowledge of Copenhagen and its attractions. Proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential, and knowledge of an additional language, such as Danish, is a significant advantage.
