D’ANGLETERRE IS LOOKING FOR AN ON-CALL HOSTESS FOR OUR RESTAURANT MARCHAL

Do you have a passion for service, a confident phone presence, and a warm, professional attitude? Do you enjoy creating exceptional first impressions in person and over the phone? Then you might be the on-call hostess we are looking for to support our Michelin-awarded restaurant Marchal.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an on-call hostess, you will step in to support our team during busy periods, holidays, or special events. You’ll play a key role in managing incoming calls, handling reservations, and welcoming guests at the door. As the first person our guests meet when entering d’Angleterre, you set the tone for their entire experience with elegance, warmth, and professionalism. Working closely with the service team, you will help ensure a smooth guest flow and create a polished and memorable arrival.

TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITES INCLUDE

You will be responsible for answering incoming phone calls and emails in a clear and service-minded manner, handling and confirming reservations through our booking system, greeting and seating guests with warmth and professionalism, and assisting with the daily coordination of guest flow and table plans to ensure a seamless experience from arrival to departure.

WE EXPECT

You have experience from a similar role in a high-end or luxury hospitality environment. You are well-spoken, calm under pressure, and naturally guest-focused. You are comfortable with phone communication and familiar with restaurant reservation systems. You speak fluent English; Danish and other languages are a plus.
