ABOUT THE ROLE
As Restaurant Manager, you will be a key ambassador of our values and vision—delivering unforgettable experiences that live up to our Michelin reputation. You’ll lead by example, fostering a culture of excellence, elegance, and genuine hospitality.
Working closely with our Executive Chef, you’ll help shape seasonal menus, curate exceptional wine pairings, and continuously refine our service. You’ll also play a central role in recruiting, training, and inspiring your team—ensuring every guest receives impeccable, personalized service from start to finish.
WHO YOU ARE
You bring proven experience as a restaurant manager within the luxury or Michelin-starred segment, backed by a formal education as a waiter, sommelier, or in hospitality management. As a natural leader, you know how to inspire and motivate your team while maintaining a sharp focus on detail—even in a fast-paced environment. Your warm and engaging personality makes both guests and colleagues feel welcome, and your passion for hospitality shines through in every interaction. You are hands-on, proactive, and always looking for ways to elevate the guest experience. Fluent in English, you also value strong cross-departmental collaboration and take pride in fostering a positive, professional workplace culture. You are more than a manager—you are a hands-on leader who thrives in creating a positive work culture and ensuring every guest interaction is extraordinary.
